Great that i can renew my DMV online as its a long weekend and i just found out that all AAA and DMV offices are closed ! This is a life saver ...

Well I'm so busy with my daycare and I forgot to renew my tag and it was just awesome that I could do it so quickly on line. This is very convenient.

I just took a job in another area of Florida and don't have permanent residence established yet. This feature helped me get my vehicle registration without having to make a 3 1/2 hour trip to my county. Thanks so much!

I Like this service it's "GREAT" it was fast and easy, and I am pleased to know that your company offers this service. Especially for people like me, who has physical issues and can't always make it to DMV!!!

Maria provided exceptional customer service during a very stressful and time-sensitive situation. She was the only person within her department who approached my concerns with reason, understanding, and a genuine willingness to help. She took the time to guide me through each step of the process, kept me informed, and followed through until the issue was resolved. Her responsiveness and attention to detail ultimately helped prevent my vehicle from being impounded, which I am extremely grateful for. What stood out most was her professionalism, patience, and commitment to finding a solution rather than simply passing the issue along. Maria made a difficult situation significantly easier to manage and demonstrated the level of customer service every organization should strive to provide. She is truly deserving of recognition for her outstanding support.
